Neumann University

Architects: Tevebaugh Associates

Description: The new Mirenda Center provided the impetus for a major campus redesign.  Land was acquired to create a central green quadrangle, while parking and tennis courts were moved to the periphery of campus. A new memorial garden dedicated to St. Neumann links east and west campus, with a new pedestrian way through the green to the Center. Large boulders from elsewhere on campus were sited in the plaza.

The project received a LEEDS Silver rating.
